服务态度恶劣，前台拽的跟房客拖欠多少房费似的，爱答不理！前台效率也极低，开房手续退房手续，都需办理好久。客房装修十分老化，空调，窗户，窗帘等等，使用起来，各种不称心，空调一晚上都降不下来室内温度，洗手间里更是一直弥漫着下水道的味道！相关设备，如吹风机、穿衣镜等，都未提供，如有所需，还得另交押金，自己去服务台领取！电梯，慢慢腾腾，有种摇摇欲坠的感觉！总得说，这家酒店连个家庭旅馆都称不上，强烈给予差评
