抽屉合上自己会开的，滑道是坏的。床头柜背后好粗糙，而且只有一边有插座，另一边不可以充电的。插座很少，两个手机，两个充电宝就没地方充电了。服务态度也不好，说话没有礼貌用语，冷冰冰。床头柜上摆着点饮料的单子，打电话说现在没了，以前有。以前有，你还摆在床头干嘛？问可不可以带去门口买一下说没有这项服务……要知道你没有饮料卖，我回酒店自己就买了！就因为看到你们写的有我才没买！明明订了两天房间，只给我开了一天的房，说我今天必须退房，房间已经订出去了。我说我定两天，为什么让我退？这才又让我下楼办手续。如果不是楼层服务员，我还不晓得只给我办了一天。对了，还有早餐！五星级酒店的早餐这是我见到最差最差的了，简直没什么吃的。总之服务态度，房间设施都很差，餐饮差，没一个好的地方。这个五星怎么来的？真是奇怪了！下次是不会住这里了，真的很差。
