晚上十点多到的，等了二十几分钟，才等到前台过来。还说查不到订单，先给个钥匙，结果上去是双床。又跑下来换，说没有我们定的大床房，给的亲子房。就是酒店式公寓，服务根本跟不上，房间里的床铺感觉都没换过，粘的都是灰尘毛毛的。br热水器是储水式电热水器，在台盆边的墙上贴了个告示，冬天一次只能洗一个人，第二个人要重新等烧水。根本没注意到那个告示，直接去的淋浴室，结果洗完一个人，再洗就没热水了，在里面等了半个多小时，水只烧到30多度，将就洗了。为什么不在淋浴室再贴个告示？br再不会去这种酒店公寓了，基本靠自助。没有燃气热水器，只能装电热水器，根本不好用。br还有矿泉水是过期的，卫生间门只能开一半，台灯周围也没插座
