Room smelt like smoke and the AC had not been cleaned in a while. There was a hole in the ceiling and some trash lying around. At checkout, some staff tried to convince me I hadn’t paid yet.
For this price and brand a rather unpleasant experience.

Room was cold, no slippers, didn't smell fresh, no mini fridge whereas the other room previously booked there before had the aforementioned. staff wasn't helpful.

Nice service, clean room. But the internet is so slow that I cannot even watch video. Furthermore, you can hear noise from outside or other room quite loudly.

I like the hotel location because it's near of my daughter's university. Always is clean and comfortable. The front desk personal are very friendly and help me when I need something. The parking is enough.
