原本觉得这家酒店地理位置，配套商场餐饮都不错，没想到酒店前台服务员的处理问题能力，责任心以及隔音设施有待提升。前台服务人员的服务可以用出岔错来表示。明明艺龙订房间是含早的湖景标房，给我的却是不含早的湖景标房，导致早餐没有用到。

酒店隔音效果太差，因感冒咳嗽晚上没休息好，早晨8点多尚在睡觉休息，居然隔壁住客在吹萨克斯管，电话投诉，总台却说这个点出现这个情况很正常。虽然之后酒店制止了萨克斯的吹奏，但再也睡不着了。不知道星级酒店的客房是可以随心所欲想干嘛干嘛的，那以后就可以在客房蹦迪开派对，大声喧闹了吧。难道这是国内星级酒店的规矩还是南京酒店的规矩吗？
