交通十分方便，离市中心很近，周围是东南大学，树木高大，空气清新，靠近市政府，周边景点很多，离玄武湖只有几百米。

不错的宾馆，隔音玻璃加隔音窗帘，这个给100个赞，晚上睡的很踏实。旁边是审计局和东南大学，公园一样，非常幽静，离最近的地铁站大约要走10分钟。房内基本的设施都有，吹风机，各类洗漱用具，左侧有停车场，但是不知道是否免费停车。总之是非常值得一宿的旅店。

这个酒店其实就是个招待所，卫生和管理都很一般。特点是位置还不错，离鼓楼、市政府、鸡鸣寺、玄武湖和地铁站都不远，步行十几分钟都可以到达，出行很方便。还有，东南大学就在酒店边上。酒店没有早餐，我就步行到街对面的东南大学早餐店轻松解决了!
