本来是很愉快的入住，谁知道在结账的时候来了段小插曲，因跟同事定了不同标准的房间368&438的，但我们入住的房间却是一摸一样的，1603&1605入住当晚到的比较晚就没有询问此事。到了第二天结账的时候问前台服务员时，她说你们入住时跟你们说了给免费升级了，我们仔细回忆了下确定她是没说的，如果说了我们至少会说声“谢谢”吧，我们说好像你没说，服务员说“难道给你免费升级还有错了”这句话说的我无言以对......最后这个“可爱的”服务员说那我以后会在“您”的身份证号码备注下以后都不需要免费升级。天呐她说完这句话后我内心对这家酒店所有的认识完全颠覆（因为这家酒店有绿丝带公益项目，我是非常佩服这样的企业的）备注以后都不要享受免费升级，就好像自己被纳入了银行黑名单......我只是想明明白白消费而已，你给我免费升级了房间我非常感谢，但你没告诉我也是真的，因为跟同事一起入住一个价高一个价低，但房型一样，这不给大家造成困惑吗？没有过多的想法，难道你的一句“我给你免费升级了但当时可能忘了跟你说”就这么难？因为结账时我已经说了我不会要求退款的......
