公馆挺有特色的，可惜住的那间频频出状况，首先是窗帘拉不了，解决了窗帘问题，路边施工到晚上十一点多了还在掘路，噪音太大，投诉了停了一下又来，然后灯又关不了，搞了一段时间都没搞好，最后连空调都坏了，半夜三更的要换房，服务员态度还是挺好的，早餐很丰富、好吃，最后公馆说送点小礼物作为道歉。不论展览馆、餐厅、还是客房的服务员的态度都挺好的，如果设施能保证一下那就更好了。

酒店环境很好，早餐也丰富，只是入住的那一间灯光有点昏暗，还不太适应这种风格～不影响整体好评，会推荐给朋友。
