酒店位置相当好，处于鼓楼区中心地段，到狮子桥美食街只要穿过一条小巷，附近超市电影院ktv等生活娱乐场所也都很近。但是民国楼可能历史比较悠久，还是显得比较陈旧和沉闷，房间也比较小，最主要是网速比较渣……因此感觉性价比不高，旅游还是选择酒店式公寓比较合适

地理位置非常好，停车方便，离狮子桥非常近，吃饭也特别方便，非常好的住宿感受！下次去南京还会住的，感受到了民国时期的感觉

酒店总的来说很不错，要说不足的话，那就是民国楼房间的家具装修有些老旧，但热水很给力啊，打到冷水档还得放一段时间水，才能由热水变成冷水，水压也大，洗澡相当心舒服。
