入住体验极差！主要是前台客服造成的，以下细说：1.办理入住手续：前台客服表达能力有问题，本来很简单的事情，不交代好，顾客问还回答的含糊不清，语气很冲 2.最后一天入住：由于我的行程是一天一天确定的，因此续房是一天一天续，到最后一天时，早上7:30被房间电话吵醒，前台一上来就说 【您房间余额不足】，我说我交了房费了，听都不听，一直重复【余额不足】这一句话，我就说我昨天出门前交的今晚的房费，每天都交，她还打断我说话！我还得等她说完我再说！我就一点一点给她缕，从办理入住那天，日期时间都具体到下午六点了，她还打断我！我这么耐着性子没给她生气，竟然还打断我！缕到昨天交费，把支付时的支付宝账户都说出来了，她一查，应该是查到了我的交易记录，直接【不好意思打扰了】立马给我挂了电话！一秒都没耽误 我真是***了 大早上的摊上这么个事 3.办理退房：客房服务的失误，非说我消费了一个毛巾，我说我没有，进门就只有一条毛巾，她们后来查是自己失误，白白耽误我时间 4.总结：前台服务差到极点 不建议入住 扫兴
