之前预定的房间钱都付了，确认短信也发了，晚上10点到店无房，酒店压根没有收到艺龙的订单，给客服打电话服务态度超级差，只能挑换的这种房间，艺龙我真的是无语了，说调换差不多级别的，看图说话，满地的霉菌，整个房间一股霉味，床垫扔了都没人要，这种酒店是三星？90年代评上的吧，快捷酒店都不如，430一晚，这个是什么鬼，艺龙吃上家吃下家不至于这样吧～我用艺龙很长时间了，这一次失望透了，最后一次用艺龙下单了，反正你们也是一家卖一家，现在订酒店的app这么多也不缺你们一家
