设施一般，服务态度不好，卫生可以干净，走廊环境不怎样，房间内还可以跟图片几乎一样，电梯不能用，步行梯很脏跟恶心，空调不是不制冷就是漏水，在床上躺着睡觉那，被空调滴下来的冰水给整醒了，门锁不上，

服务员态度非常的差 我上去房间里面见有臭味 我去前台说换房间 因为我的东西已经放进去了 前台叫上面的服务员 帮开门 我一上去被服务员骂 听说话的口气 喊得好像我欠他个上千万一样 服务员是真不行 就这种心态还能做服务员 我也是服了 如果换做我是 不好说话的人 肯定退房 退钱 直接不住 ！
