给我安排了一个24小时都有空调外机轰隆声的房间。如果没有耳塞，恐怕我凌晨三点都没得睡着。一个字吵，两个字很吵！

体验挺差的一次入住！下次不再入住
1、预定时看见是有沙发的，但是入住发现没有，询问前台，豪华单人间就是没有的，而且感觉豪华单人间不豪华，很小！
2、入住第一天半夜，竟然有蚊子吵醒了我，第二天向前台告知房间有蚊子，索要蚊香，前台告知没有，然后就没有然后了
3、酒店的早餐卷58，但是品类超级少，第一天的豆浆旁边没有糖，第二天竟然替换为牛奶，旁边放了糖，且没有贴出说明为牛奶，这是把人往坑里带！

住得不是很开心，前台的服务看不到一点标准，连最简单的在Check in后连电梯在哪里都不告诉客人，让人更加气的是，进入电梯后按上7楼，就有一个酒店员工进来按-1楼，还说这是下去的，我的天呀，你不问好就是了，还我跟你下负楼是吧，就好像要我送你下负楼一样，电梯刚刚上去。又进来一个员工，直接按3楼还是几楼来着。忘了，是上去的，刚刚出去，到了5楼，又进来一个员工，按1楼的，我就上个7楼，我还得把你们酒店员工都送到是吧，我就住个酒店，没有多高要求，酒店员工不会问好？做酒店行业的，礼貌待人都不懂？我就奇怪了。酒店也不小呀，员工的素质却差得那么远。

酒店挺新，住着蛮舒服。早餐时间是七点半到十点。早上八点半到餐厅就已经是空空如也了。有好几个顾客在等，问了前台和厨房的究竟是怎么回事，才八点半就没的吃的？回答令我啼笑皆非:没想到春节还有这么多人来住！可笑呀，客人多了，你们就不会提前多备好食物吗？一大早的好心情因为一顿早餐就没了！可恶！收了早餐钱没早餐吃，再怎么也说不过去吧？！

酒店设施欠缺，位置偏，房间特小，衣柜衣架也都没有，洗澡水烫得无法调节，赠送的早餐是我吃过最差的酒店早餐了，很不好的一次体验
