价格贵，环境跟位置不怎么好！停车不方便！房间小很多，隔音差，很影响睡眠质量，门外经常走动的声音跟敲门的声音很吵，地铁的声音很大！楼上不懂什么声音很吵！没有钦州住得舒服！
