厉害啊捏前台，说什么艺龙订都是十二点退房，当我第一次开？纸条上明明写着14点退，还说什么都是纸条是这么写，但是艺龙的要十二点退，那开房时干嘛不说？再说订单写什么就是什么，垃圾酒店越来越烂，反正你们这些小酒店也没投诉电话不怕投诉？要不你就在我开房时说十二点退，说清楚，别第二天才来跟我搞飞机
