1、酒店不是服务差，而是没有服务意识，什么都让客户自助。e.g.：预订和入住办理明明是2天，第二天没法刷卡入房，致电前台让客户自行到1楼前台刷卡（住21楼）。预订的礼包有牛奶赠送，入住当晚21：00致电前台询问，反问我：您现在下来拿还是明早拿呢？省略……结果送上来的是蒙牛酸酸乳，我问大爷服务员：这是牛奶？省略……结果我把牛奶送给她个人。
2、客房卫生下午3点以后才做；
3、一次性拖鞋厚实可以反复用的那种，搞卫生的保洁员很不环保的换了新的，这是我头一次见；
4、酒店有咖啡杯+咖啡勺，午后想咖啡致电前台询问是否有自费咖啡，答曰：我看看有的话给您送。然后……就没有然后了。晚间21：00电话问奶牛顺便加一句：下午询问自费咖啡没有得到任何答复。答：没有。问：你酒店准备了咖啡杯和勺连自费咖啡都没有？答：先生，那是我们准备的泡茶工具。脑补我的表情……

从朝阳广场过来才一个地铁站超近方便，服务又好，他们只要看到有人到前台都会倒茶水，很棒，客房很干净
