位置好找，楼下就是滨湖美食广场，设施也不错，离财院也近，第一次到南宁住，感觉不错，服务态度也还好，打电话问路，美女姐姐也很耐心的告诉我了。好评点赞。就是拖鞋不是一次性的，有洁癖的话需要自己带拖鞋。 房间这次沙发，凳子，不错的。书桌台还有绿植，房间还有全身镜。完美。
