首先入住前得签协议，真让人不可思议，有些条款:如入住方在房间内发生任何人身伤害事情，酒店概不负责，我就呵呵了，而后早上叮叮咚咚装修的吵个不停也没人提前提示下客人要不要入住，非常不爽
