差差差，态度很差，不交流不知道一交流很可怕一个所谓的四星级酒店，前台服务人员说热水本来就是要等十几分钟，真的想请问你们怎么评上的四星，酒店评价标准上写的三秒中来热水你不知道吗，要洗澡开了大约五分钟发现热水不热，联系前台，前台让打扫的服务员过来看，明明水就是温的，非要说有四十几度，服务员是对温度没有概念吗，？且客房会被塞有很多小卡片哇，服务跟不上，那请态度好一些可以吗，花了钱难道热水都用不起了。天啊
