房子是在小区里，环境好。我们一共四个人，合住。房里设施齐全，洗衣方便，阳台阳光可以晒得到，适合晾衣服。小区旁边有超市、饮食店，还算便利。离市中心较远，离凤岭儿童乐园近。老人家喜欢，于是住了四晚。不足的是这间是顶楼，阳台的排气管没有通到楼顶，排出的气味难闻

酒店在一个小区里，位置太深，拖着行李走咯好一会儿。房间里条件尚可，有厨房，有冰箱，也还方便。网络速度不错。

来南宁第一晚住了一晚感觉不错，回程时又续订，可惜网上居然提价了，有点杀熟的感脚。wifi一直没修好，很悲催。不过家庭四卧套间真的适合一家大小出游，希望再完善一些配套设施，如茶具，碗杯等。.

第一次住家庭公寓式酒店，位置靠近火车东站，无需打车太久就可以找到，家庭式公寓让我们有家的感觉，一家人分别住不同的房间，特别舒适，又可以坐在一起聊天，唯一觉得配套有些欠缺的是，缺少一些生活用品，如茶杯、茶具等，很不方便。

我们定的是豪华三套间，定的时候看到房间的单位是间而不是套，以为是三间房，误导了我定了三套，结果，我们住一套，剩下的两套，店家只肯退一套。建议大家，真的真的要看清楚，不要像我一样，真是深刻的教训！酒店离市中心比较远，在保利的小区里，如果人多，不一定会在同一栋楼住，没有第二次了！大家真的真的住店之前要看清楚。
