设施老化；
房间一股霉味；
床垫可以感觉到里面的弹簧，壁纸脱落，床单有斑点，地面是很脏的木地板；
不推荐住宿！

1、地段比较好，靠近市中心，位于星湖路，到一些机关办事方便，距离梦之岛、电子科技广场不远，公车也方便； 2、环境比较好，位于南湖大门对面，可以欣赏南湖景色； 3、我定的房间有免费的电脑和网络，尽管电视不给力，也可以接受；4、宾馆的设施相对落后，只有一部电梯，比较狭窄；5、价格不够给力，艺龙报价和酒店挂牌价一样，而且酒店可以直接打折，比艺龙还优惠。如果对价格不那么关心，还是很不错的。

以前就在这里住过了，不错，对面就是南湖公园，房间也不小，比较卫生，出行方便，对面就是公车总站，附近星湖路很多餐厅和娱乐场所
