去到的时候才中午一点多，因为孩子睡着了所以就过去了。我知道订单上写了两点钟才能办理入住。当时办好就直接可以入住了，给前台美女服务一个赞！进到房间后发现有一瓶水开过一半的，还没换，当时也没在意，想着反正我可能喝不着，所以没跟前台反应。后来过了一会，打扫的阿姨来按门铃说，有一瓶水开过还没来得及换，特意过来换水。阿姨也是赞！第二天下去服务台果断再续了一天，带着孩子，前台美女还给了小孩子一颗糖。服务态度真的挺好的，下次过来还住这里。位置很好找，地铁D出口。
