本来订的特价房 可是我们到的太晚了 导致没了 姐姐就给我们升了大床房 真的不要太喜欢了 好漂亮的房间啊 太心水了 服务态度也好好的 我们晚上到的晚早上走的早 打扰到休息了也没有不耐烦 好评啊💕

不愉快的一次入住体验，这家公寓酒店房间跟网上的图片差别不大，看起来挺好，干净，新。但是装修和设计是私营者不用脑袋想出来的，完全不是站在客人的角度思考，非常不方便。1.入住手续要跑到21楼办理，然后我的房间还要跑回8楼，拿着很多行李。2.进门了卡槽不知道在哪，门后面直接是开关(电卡没插你给我怎么开灯啊)真正的卡槽是在走进来两米多差不多到电视机那里了。3.是洗澡没有热水，打电话前台说热水器在阳台，要我自己去阳台开热水 你们干脆在阳台那再装个花洒，以后客人都在阳台洗澡得了。这种异于常规的地方真的会有人来住第二次吗？
