半夜三点多被吵醒，房间正对面马路上施工，搅拌机，水泥泵车，K，一直到天亮，烦躁死人，打电话给前台，他们说你定的大床房就是对着工地的，靠，明明知道半夜都会施工也不提醒一下，我提前可以换房型啊！再也不会来了，门口整条马路都半封闭，出门打车及不方便，退房高峰时候有十几个人排队退房，只有一个工作人员，我去!

太差劲了，位置拥堵不说了，服务实在是太恶心！第一天去到服务员态度就差，然后第二天早上10点去吃早餐结果说没了。问题是服务员是告知早餐是7点半到10点半。然后还没有暖气，这么冷的天，居然一个4星酒店没有暖气，去投诉说要3.4度才开。我就想问问，南宁一年有几天三四度？随便哪个连锁没有暖气？最后今天退房，因为想出去走一下，就问前台行李寄存，结果一个穿西装的光头男人说没有位置放满了，我一看，还有很多位置，实在是太恶心了，一辈子不会再去！
