  酒店服务经理Colin服务热情周到，重视客户体验。还有Ally，Jenna，Lexi，Aurelia也很棒。其次是酒店位置在商圈也很便利。高空房间景观也很开阔。还会再次选择这家香格里拉酒店。

  酒店位于最高楼广西华润大厦，地理位置绝佳，楼下就是万象城，购物、吃饭都超方便。而且交通也很便捷，去玩都很方便，附近景点也很多，这次来南宁和家人旅游，酒店体验感拉满！71楼有泳池和健身房，风景很美，床品也柔软舒适。工作人员管家Jenna很热情，送的水果茶也很好喝！还给我们赠送了早餐，其他酒店人员Colin，lexi，Aurelia，Ally，也很不错，下次来南宁，肯定还选这儿！[爱心]

  客房宽敞乾净，270度景观太震撼，床品柔软好眠，设施新且智能。管家Aurelia热情周到，有求必应，过了九点我还想去行政酒廊喝几杯，Aurelia帮我们协调了时间，服务真的很不错，还有lexi、colin、elva、wynn的服务也很不错，体验感拉满！

  在南宁住的最后一晚选择了南宁香格里拉酒店。酒店前台在68楼，高空景观壮丽，办理手续很快，还给我安排了景色很好的高楼层房间。房间乾净舒适，装修风格独特。入住时赠送了广西特色公文包水果茶，外卖也会有机器人送到房间。Lexi服务态度很热情有礼，另外Aurelia、Colin、Elva、Ally大家服务很周到细致，这次比较匆忙没来得及好好感受，下次还会再来！

  来南宁必住的酒店之一，住了很多次各方面体验都很不错，酒店环境大气又舒适，大堂爱丽丝梦游仙境装饰很出片，拍照超好看！酒店的服务也很好，前台Elva小韦非常贴心热情，每次回来都能给我安排满意的房间，有什么问题都能及时得到回覆和解决，服务超级给力，以后还会经常回来的，服务团队Lexi、Aurelia、Ally、Jenna也很棒！
