携程网上预订，退房后发票都开给我了，之后携程一直无法确定返现，还说我未入住，我都不清楚怎么弄的，没入住我发票是抢来的啊。真是差，房间也比较小，下次绝对不去了。携程客户处理方法也差，回访不积极
