看中这家酒店，就是地角好，离火车站近在咫尺，而且发往越南的大巴就在其门前，而且越南回来还停天湖门口，房间也大，房费也可以。2016.12.9.我们一行十个人，订了六间房，原本打算越南回来还要住3天，因为我们从北方来，不能把棉衣随身带到越南吧，打算存在该酒店，回来我们还住这里，我们可以先订房交款，一问前台不给存，我走过大江南北好多地方，还没遇上这样不给存行李的酒店，问为什么不给存，前台告诉酒店规定不给存。转而打电话给其他酒店，说明情况，那边说你们送过来吧，这样越南回来的3天十几间房我们就住那里了。
我们不禁要问，天湖酒店就是因为地点好，不愁客源，而不在乎你住不住？为什么不能给客人创造点方便呢。

酒店设施旧，住的楼层楼道铺着装修用的纤维布，皱巴巴的，不小心的，容易引起摔倒。房间昏暗。
