周围环境一般，卫生还可以，晚上的夜景不错。因为自己的大意，把身份证遗落在房间，早上退房后又陪着孩子在南宁玩到下午五点才启程前往柳州，这大半天时间一直没用到身份证，也就没发现，直到到了柳州要住店才发现身份证没拿。清楚记得放在桌子上，赶紧联系酒店前台帮忙询问打扫卫生的人，果然拾到了，感谢后请酒店帮忙快递给我，因为快递已经下班，第二天早上起来又电话前台找快递，立即帮我寄了快递。虽然曲折了些，又经过一天多的等待，快递终于将身份证给我寄了回来。服务态度很好。

总体感觉可以 服务也很好 新装修的 空调比较冷中央空调控制不了房间温度 帮拿了一个取暖的电器过来 服务很好 是个不错的酒店～
