中午入住酒店，12点-14点前台连续打来3个电话询问是不是XXX，答复不是之后14点多一个自称是酒店人员开始来敲门，说前台给错房号，要求我们马上换房，期间态度并不友善，也没有进行道歉或者其他补偿，本来想午睡一下结果一直被打扰，最后打电话去前台投诉，前台答复稍后，由经理答复，结果等到退房均没有任何人与我联系，这种态度大家可以体验下。
