第二次住该酒店，这次住得一点都不开心！第一次开的房间空调没冷气，吹出来的就是暖风，去前台找服务员，派了个人来看看，弄了几分钟，还是不得。然后前台那个男的服务员过来看，一下子说我们调错模式，一下子说空调要等几分钟才能制冷，我们期间说了几次让他给我们换个房间，他都不理！又继续瞎搞了几分钟，一直在吹暖气，那个热啊。后来可能终于没办法了，就让我们拿卡出去前台换个房间。从头到尾，那个服务员都没有说一声不好意思。作为服务行业，这个是基本素养来吧！耽误了我们那么多时间，而且是酒店本身的问题，和顾客说一声不好意思有多难？
