总共定了5间房，酒店服务给0分那个9月22号接待我们的女前台，因为就是她在24号退房的时候押金没退给我们就让我们先走，说半个小时后就退到支付宝上，期间我打了2个电话问押金什么时候退，直到27号接电话的说是领导才给我处理好退回来，事情最后能处理好所以加了2分给能做事的人。男票说那前台之所以刁难是因为入住当天的房子跟网上看到的不一样心理落差大，让她换房才产生的报复，5个房间有1个房间的窗像监狱，只有半扇高窗，我们定的是豪华大床好哇，要求调换难道有错？而且因为房间有限最终并没有调换成功。
