酒店设施陈旧，卫生状况一般。服务很差，前台服务员的态度很冷淡，应付了事。订了房间取了房卡上电梯，结果给的房卡根本没登记刷不了，又重复跑前台补刷。退房的时候告诉我网上订的酒店不提供发票，要自己去APP开票，艺龙上酒店页面根本没写这条。然后又说我的房间又一个充电器没退，我根本就没借，又折腾了大半个个小时，对我说是客房人员搞错了。我的天啊，没遇过这么差服务的酒店……
