***，入住不到半小时就是空调坏了，然后打电话给前台，派人过来查说空调是好的，强烈要求之后说半小时后如果不可以再找前台换，结果最后还是坏空调，搞的无语的很，最郁闷***五点点酒店又安排二个客人进来安排入住，我迷迷糊糊什么都不知道，早上起来想看看监控那二个人到底进入房间多久，结果酒店死活不愿意，还说他们需要跟上级沟通，结果沟通半小时才解决，严重的差评，其中的心酸只有我们自己懂，最郁闷还**不能开专票。早上醒来有反应了，想让酒店安排看看监控，到底那二个人

每次去都没有电熨斗。说坏了。隔半个月再去，还是说坏了下次去肯定还是坏了,坏了不能再配一个呀。那么大的酒店一个电熨斗都没有。带的裙子都没办法熨，皱皱巴巴的穿。希望早点解决
