  前台服务态度差，就像欠她钱一样，保安吊吊的，没有一点服务意识，从没住过那么差的酒店，客房走廊地毯不干净，客房里连免费的两瓶水都没有，退房超时几分钟要追加几块钱，难道缺那几块钱吗，服务态度不改进不会再去住了，住的窝心，这次就给1分，如果可以我连一分都不给！

  住了很多次了，整体感觉还可以，就是这次有点小插曲，退房时前台说消费了一瓶水，房间东西我确实动都没动，我可以多给几块钱，但不能这样被冤枉呀！前台让我去房间确认，我说怎么确认，她也说不清，到了房间客服人员看了房间除了我睡过的床动过，另外一张床和房间别的动西我都没动过，问了一下有没有朋友来过，我说没有，客服说不好意思我可以走了，这个小插曲。以后住房是不是要和客服同时验房呢，要不这事真说不清

  电脑开机好久都不行！洗澡浴室有点小，冷天暖气不给力，勉强可以用！装修风格挺浪漫，酒店前台小姐姐挺有礼貌。
