前台办事效率太慢，网上订商务双床房，弄成大床房，到房间了才又下楼去换。第二天退房时忘记拿充电器，前台打电话给保洁员拿在电梯口等，想上去拿又不给房卡，在电梯里面一直上不去下不来的，直到遇见另外的楼层客人才开得了电梯，后天讲给差评了前台才抬头讲忘记，两个一直低头玩手机。

城市便捷酒店，我真心住的伤心了，上次来这边住我在网上定了房间，到酒店跟我说没房间，叫我在网上取消直接入住就有房间，我很是无语，那天一直在赶路，就没计较，结果网上又取消不了，又入住不了，搞得我还报警了才入住的。这次呢，在这边住了3天，下来退房，也不知道前台小妹磨叽啥，只让她开个发票，等了10分钟还没开好，本来急着坐车就赶时间。结果也不跟我说没开好的原因，到最后直接一副不管的样子，不管怎么催人家就是不理，你说气人不气人，我男朋友脾气好，最后去求着她们把发票开了。真是住的太伤心了。
