房间性价比高，设施位置很好，服务不错。虽然失误给送了苹果和退了一晚房费。但从企业经营的角度还是想给你们提一些建议：
1.细节上可以更注意一些，比如矿泉上放置上，客人喝过旋上瓶盖的，一定要注意拿走；
2.既然设置总经理意见信，就应该尊重客人的付出，房间里发现了上一个房客留下的建议，居然遗留下来了，并且我住了两天这封信都在。
3.酒店电梯间有一大幅暖心的广告，三款枕头总有一款适合你，但致电前台，只是解释了为什么没有，而无法及时予以解决！
4.做得好的是，第一天发现喝过的水，投诉后服务员送来了一蓝苹果！第二天投诉意见信及无枕头后，退房时主动退了一天房费，并致歉！
