凌晨四点睡梦中，浴室玻璃自然爆破，粉碎性的。立即通知客房，有人上来查看后说可以调房间。当时孩子睡着了，就算了。第二天早上起床后安排换房间。中午退房时告诉我们需要赔偿玻璃！！！还有这种服务，我们没有提出任何赔偿，居然要我们赔玻璃
