首先，还没有入住就已经想要给差评，询问前台关于酒店入住的事宜，什么破态度，挂电话的时候还摔电话，知道工作号我一定投诉，其次，房间的格局让我有种怪怪的感觉，早上起床还没有热水我也是醉了！最后，各种问题让我没有领到返现我真的好心塞！
