最近酒店后面有栋楼房正在建设当中，晚上不定时会进行施工，还好入住那几天晚上没有施工，还是比较安静的。但是入住第二天及第三天有会议吧，开麦唱歌的声音很大，比较吵，还好打了客房服务的电话进行了劝解，但是也闹到九点钟才停止的。酒店提供早餐，还是比较好的，毕竟对酒店周围不是很熟悉，解决了早餐找不到早餐吃的尴尬境况。

福彩宾馆环境，卫生，服务都不错。就是设施欠好，卫生间地面湿水很滑，洗澡出门口就摔了一跤。
