房间设施较陈旧，走廊有些昏暗，看不清门牌号，但是行政房比较小，虽然里面有冰箱。价格有些偏高，服务太多还可以。

凯莱酒店设施太差,空调只是摆设,大冷天的告诉我只有冷风,他们的办法是给你加被子.电视机是很小的老式电视机.

早餐太差劲了，很单调，味道也很难吃。豆浆喝起就像水一样！ 房间也不是很好：地毯很脏，浴室也不干净（还有其他人的头发），说是有宽带 实际宽带打开一个网页的速度够抽完一支烟。 冲马桶不能完全冲下去，居然还要用其浴室喷头对准马桶才能勉强达到目的，伤不起呀！ 不会再入住此酒店!! 房间号1106
