携程帮助预订2晚，到前台登记时也说明了住2晚，结果却只收了1天的押金，第2天后半夜1点30分，前台小妹来电话：必须补交第2天的押金！真是敬业啊，给客人来了个午夜惊魂！本来住的就是靠近公路的房间，隔音效果很差，汽车噪音较大造成第1晚就没有休息好，第2晚还闹这么个故事，郁闷。所以第3天一早，只好退房，搬到旁边的圣城大酒店住。
