1人自费物品入住时添不齐，少了杜蕾斯，结帐时非说消费了，以后入住时叫工作人员在场，拍照为证，不然说不清，工作人员没有证明添齐物品，我们入住时没有证据证明物品齐全。难道叫顾客白白买单，不符合消费公平信，乱宰顾客！以后不选此家酒店了！希望做好员工培训，提高服务满意度！改进工作！
