房间可以，但前台服务员不行。入住前就曾联系酒店，入住了房门是坏的要换房，有标间不换，换房只给换电脑房，可我订的是标房。毛巾在房间，她偏偏要扣我押金，不懂了，房卡我借四张换四张非说我多拿一张，要看监控，擦我要你房卡吃啊，最后看完监控确认只给了四张房卡，啥都不说了。活生生耽误我一个小时，差点上班迟到。服，第一次碰到这种情况。
