昨天住酒店，枕头太矮想加一个不给加，第二天还没到退房时间前台直接帮退房了，回来想休息被告知已尽退房并打扫好了不能入住，心里那个气大家懂的。找来主管处理，哎哟态度那个横啊，大概意思就是前台交接班没交好我管不着，反正现在房间退了就退了。一句道歉也没有，一副我的地盘你能拿我怎么办的态度。哎哟，这个酒店太牛了，谁去住谁是傻瓜。
