我和我老公开了两天的房间，今天睡醒了出去办事了，回来的时候门刷房卡打不开，于是我就打前台电话问，前台服务员接到电话像是吃了炸药，语气极差，态度恶劣！说需要到前台重新刷一下房卡才能进房间，然后我就下楼了（8楼），到前台后我又问了一下服务员，为什么要这样操作，很麻烦，跑来跑去的，服务员还是一样的态度，一点笑容都没有，像我欠他钱一样，很气愤，我花钱是为了住的舒心，不是过来看脸色的！我没有和他计较什么，紧接着就上楼了，打开房门后，更加气氛，我们白天走的时候房间放的东西都有人动过了！也就是说没有经过我们允许在我们不在的期间，员工私自进入我们的房间，乱动我们的私人物品！我本人有这样的洁癖，很讨厌谁乱动我的东西！尤其是我不在的时候！乱是我的事情，我需要你们来打扫房间你们才可以进来！怎么可以在我不在的时候私自进入！丢了东西算谁的？如果我今天非要说我丢了钱或者物品，你们怎么解释？？？气氛！相当气氛！
