本来回南宁都是一直住这家酒店的，那天退房，我没拿走靴子，前台也问我了，我也交代了说不是当天下午来拿，就是第二天拿，结果第二天去酒店拿靴子，酒店前台竟然说保洁拿走丢了，真是心情不爽，以后都不会去住了
