非常差的一次住店……房间内没有暖气～而且冷气空调很响像开飞机一样……还有什么大早楼顶有人在施工吵个不停……很火的一次住酒店……总之非常差……

房间挺好的，刚入住以为前台服务员是新手，不太懂网站订单，刷了两百预授权押金，退房给了房卡报退房就走了，下午收到短信预授权完成188元，房费已经在网站付了，还扣我188元房费，我想说这家店是不是黑店，网站电话是打不通的，打了N次都是打不通的，只好打了艺龙客服帮联系，艺龙客服给了酒店的联系方式，联系到酒店说财务下班了，第二天早上9点帮处理，第二天11点打电话过去又说预授权单已经交财务了叫留个电话财务退款就会联系我，到现在还是没接到他们财务电话，钱也没退，我想说操作一个退款用多久时间？简直就是黑店
