  携程太黑！上个月我改签980元的机票（2张）到第二天，要我补缴了2196元。改完我到航空公司网站一查，一张票只要400元，我自己就重新买了2张，连保险一共才860元。要求携程退原来的机票，说一共只能退我一千五百多元，还只能本人到航空公司柜台去退票，到现在只回来了400元的补偿费和60元的保险费。以后还会用携程吗？！我打电话到客服问，连客服人员都很不好意思要我继续用。
