我不明白为什么我交的押金是一百，因为是刷卡，退的时候让我们刷卡不用等直接退回卡里，结果退75，里面的东西我除了洗澡用浴巾和刷牙之外什么都没用过，洗发水都是我自己带的要扣掉25这不是恶意欺诈吗虽然钱不多但是很不舒服，要扣25元起码得跟我们明说是吧，不讲诚信的酒店大家不要去。？
