去年春节期间住过感觉不错，今年春节再去南宁，还是选择凤凰宾馆入住。地点好，火车站，地铁口，机场大巴点都在步行三五百步范围内。酒店早餐不错，人性化管理，7点开始，但为了赶车，6点40到餐厅，就让用餐，或者可以打包带走！这点非常👍

酒店位置很好，离火车站很近，步行不到10分钟就到了，离公交车站，地铁车站都很近，去哪里也方便。酒店的服务和环境都很好，不得不赞一下酒店的自助早餐，真的是很丰盛，而且10点之前都可以就餐！

这次入住超出我的预期，非常推荐、之前担心这个酒店太老会不会不好，觉果比我预期的好多了，就在火车站出口直走5分钟左右，大堂很气派，还免费给我们升级了，房间很大，该有的星级设备都有，还送了粽子，早饭很丰富，唯一的缺点就是设备老了点，厕所冲水里不够，不过总的挺好，会推荐，春节两百多点这个价格很值

总体还可以吧，设施旧点可以接受，但卫生和服务也比以前有下降了(地毯上见有遗留头发团，有的房间没放粽子，有灯不全等)，希望按四星标准做好服务，管理更细些
